Facility FAQ

 

Pre-show checklist:

BAG POLICY: Guests are encouraged to pack lightly when coming to the Ottawa Memorial Auditorium. We have instituted a clear bag policy. Non clear bags will need to be returned to the patrons vehicle prior to entry.

ENTRANCE: Guest entrance to the facility is located at the front of the auditorium on Hickory Streets. Doors open one hour prior to the show schedule time.

PARKING: Parking can be found behind the auditorium at 301 S. Hickory. Parking is also available along 3rd street, Hickory Street and in the city lot next to Dengel and Son Mortuary. Parking is prohibited in the Sheriff's Office Lot across from the auditorium. Violators will be towed at the owners expense.

CONCESSIONS: The OMA Concession Stand and Bar both take cash and cards for your convenience. No outside food or drink is permitted to be brought into the show.

BAR: The Ottawa Memorial Auditorium promotes responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Any person purchasing alcohol must have a valid I.D. present and must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion.

EMERGENCY: In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and walk to the nearest exit in an orderly fashion. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for specific instructions.
